Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy
1. Local Pickup (for Florida residents)
I am located in Florida. If you are nearby and would like to pick up the painting in person, please let me know and we can arrange a convenient time. Payment for local pickup can be made in advance or at the time of pickup (by agreement). Shipping is, of course, free in this case.
2. Choosing a Painting & Shipping Calculation
If you choose to have the painting shipped, please contact me with your full shipping address. I will calculate the shipping cost via UPS and provide you with the total amount. Delivery times vary by region and are typically:
· Within the US — 2–5 business days
· International — 5–14 business days
3. Payment
If the shipping quote works for you, you pay for the painting plus shipping. After payment is confirmed, I will prepare your artwork for shipment.
4. Packaging
Each painting is carefully packed in specialized shipping materials to ensure it is fully protected during transit.
5. Insurance
Shipping insurance is available upon request. The cost depends on the value of the artwork and will be included in the total shipping quote. If you would like to insure your painting, please let me know in advance.
6. Shipping & Tracking
I ship worldwide via UPS. Once your painting is on its way, I will share the tracking number so you can follow its journey.
7. Returns & Exchanges
I take great care in packaging every artwork to ensure it arrives safely.
· If your painting is damaged during transit, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Keep the original packaging and take a few photos of the damage — this will help me file an insurance claim (if the shipment was insured).
· Returns are accepted only in the case of damage during shipping. Since each piece is unique and handmade, exchanges for a different artwork are not available.
Return Policy
Ready-Made Paintings
If you purchase a ready-made painting and it does not work for you, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible:
· The painting must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged)
· Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
· Once I receive and inspect the painting, I will refund the full purchase price minus the original shipping cost
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom Paintings
Because each custom painting is created specifically for the client, returns are not accepted for commissioned works. The only exception is if the painting is damaged during transit (see "Shipping" section).

Damage During Transit
If your painting (whether ready-made or custom) is damaged during shipping:
· Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery
· Keep the original packaging and take several photos of the damage
· This will help me file an insurance claim (if the shipment was insured)
Depending on the situation, options may include repair, replacement, or a full refund.

Order Cancellation
· Ready-made painting — you may cancel your order before shipment. A full refund will be issued.
· Custom painting — you may cancel your order before I begin working on the piece. The deposit will be fully refunded. If work has already started, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and materials already invested.
