Deposit & Turnaround Time
Deposit
To secure your commission, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due before shipping, once the painting is finished and approved by you.
The deposit reserves time in my schedule and covers the cost of materials for your piece. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the order after work has already begun.
Turnaround Time
Timing depends on the medium, size, and complexity of the piece:
· Acrylic — 1 to 3 weeks
· Oil — 3 to 6 weeks
More detailed works or larger sizes may require additional time. I will provide an estimated timeline after we discuss your custom order.
Process
Throughout the process, I can share progress photos so you can see how the painting is coming along. If you'd like to make minor adjustments, we can discuss them during the approval stage.
